Molly Tarlov (born November 11 in 1981) is an American actress who is most famous since 2011 for her role as Sadie Saxton on the television comedy-drama program Awkward. Tarlov was the first of two daughters born in the home of the parents of her mother in Manhattan. When she was a ten-year-old she played the role of Mrs. Peterson as part of a Little Red School House production of Bye Bye Birdie. This was a hugely praised performance by an audience of seven graders. She studied for a year in Paris as a student at NYU Tisch, and spent the summers of her teens at the Interlochen Center for the Arts. Bennington College granted her a bachelor's in the field of theatre. The Atlantic Theater Company was an additional place where she learned.
